Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg-Oncology position requiring 5 years of experience and an active TX or compact RN license with OCN certification.

Details

• Work in the Oncology unit (8S) of a hospital environment
• Night shift schedule from 7P-7A
• 13-week contract assignment

Requirements

• Active RN license (TX or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN)
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of start
• 5 years of recent experience in Med/Surg-Oncology required
• No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care to oncology patients on a medical-surgical unit
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position
