We’re looking for an established real estate professional in the Nashville market who has a track record of production, leadership, and creating business — and is ready to build something significantly bigger.

You may already lead a small team. You may be a high-producing agent who has attempted to build one. Either way, you’ve likely discovered that scaling requires more than just selling more homes.

Eventually, you become responsible for everything:

1. Recruiting agents
2. Training and developing them
3. Creating accountability
4. Improving lead conversion
5. Building systems and processes
6. Managing marketing and technology
7. Solving problems
8. Producing your own business at the same time

At a certain point, doing everything yourself becomes the ceiling.

This opportunity is designed for a leader who wants to continue building their name, presence, and organization in their area , while having significant infrastructure, systems, training, recruiting support, technology, and resources behind them.

Who We’re Looking For

1. Proven real estate production experience
2. Strong understanding of the your local market
3. Leadership experience or the desire and ability to lead a larger organization
4. A track record of creating business and opportunities
5. Someone who enjoys recruiting, coaching, developing, and holding agents accountable
6. Entrepreneurial mindset
7. Desire to build beyond their personal production

This is not an entry-level real estate opportunity.
