Family Experience Teammate – Aqua‑Tots Swim Schools Job Title: Sales Associate, Enrollment Specialist, Customer Service Representative Location: Katy Job Type: Part Time Pay: $13-14 Schedule: Flexible availability required, including afternoons/evenings and Saturdays to meet the needs of the school and season. This role supports enrollment growth, family engagement, and front desk sales execution to ensure every family receives a consistent, high‑quality Aqua‑Tots experience. Manage Leads & Follow‑Up – Track and follow up on web leads, inquiries, and tours to ensure no opportunity is missed and every family receives timely communication. Support Front Desk Sales Execution – Partner with the front desk team to reinforce sales best practices, support enrollment conversations, and ensure consistency in messaging. Guide the Family Journey & Experience – Deliver a welcoming, informative, and professional experience for every family interaction, building trust and long‑term relationships. Track Performance & Results – Monitor leads, conversions, and follow‑ups to support school enrollment goals and overall performance. Represent the Aqua‑Tots Brand – Uphold a high standard of professionalism, warmth, and integrity in all interactions. Qualifications Sales or customer‑facing experience preferred (retail, service, or membership sales is a plus). Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Comfortable working toward goals, metrics, and accountability. Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented. Positive attitude with a team‑first mindset.
