Nights: 9 PM to 7 AM on weekdays & 7 PM to 7 AM on weekends, 7 on 7 off.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) with extensive Blood Bank experience. The candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures in accordance with established protocols, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct blood bank procedures, including cross-matching and type testing.
• Perform advanced chemistry and hematology tests.
• Ensure quality control and maintain equipment in optimal working condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate laboratory results.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ASCP or equivalent certification required.
• 2+ years of laboratory experience required; 5 years preferred.
• Must have extensive blood bank experience.
• Proficient in advanced chemistry and hematology.
• MUST include permanent home address and RTO with application.
