We are a talent dense team comprising of ex-Figure Robotics, Optiver, Artificial Analysis, Bain, the United Nations, UChicago, and Oxford engineers and researchers. Our omnichannel agents are supporting >100,000 consumers on their pathways to financial wellness. And we're just getting started - our goal is to resolve more than $1 trillion in outstanding consumer delinquencies worldwide with an empathetic, human-centric approach to financial wellness.Job Responsibilities:
Work alongside CxOs at leading NBFIs and FIs to deploy and integrate Krew's platform
Support with change management and PMO objectives
Develop software integrations with our partners
Ship user-facing features end-to-end (from data model to API to UI)
Collaborate closely with design, ops, and risk/compliance to ship safe, compliant features
Write tests, enforce code quality, and participate in design/review discussions
Help evolve our engineering standards and product development process
Minimum Qualifications:
Internship or full-time work experience in full-stack or backend engineering
Internship or full-time work experience in investment banking or consulting
BA/BS or MA/MS in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or another quantitative science
Experience with backend development (Python, Go)
Strong code quality habits (testing, reviews, docs) and a product mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in FinTech, Risk Management, or Compliance is beneficial but not mandatory
Experience with LLM/AI-powered products, event-driven systems, or data pipelines
Experience at Palantir, tier-1 investment bank (Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, or Morgan Stanley), or tier-1 consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, or Bain)
Bonus points if you were an ex-founder
Compensation Range: $150K - $250K
