Join TRIDEV HEALTH CARE LLC as a Companion Caregiver and make a difference in the lives of our clients in Surprise, AZ. This role is perfect for compassionate individuals who enjoy providing companionship and support to those in need. Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.
- Help clients with medication reminders and health monitoring.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document client progress and report any changes to the care team.
- Provide transportation to appointments and social outings as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving is a plus.
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (Arizona)
- Article 9 Certification
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility needs.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
- Background check and references required.
