Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Inspect forklifts before use to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock management.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Participate in training sessions and safety meetings as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience operating sit-down forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if necessary.
