Staff Accountant LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established, growth-oriented organization to identify a Staff Accountant. Primary Responsibilities Support day-to-day accounting operations including billing, cash applications, and account maintenance Perform reconciliations and analyze discrepancies across various accounts Assist with monthly close activities, reporting, and financial data validation Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for audits, budgets, and special projects Maintain accurate financial records and contribute to process improvements Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial information Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or relevant experience) 0–3+ years of accounting or finance experience, including internships Strong Excel skills with the ability to work with large datasets and perform reconciliations Exposure to ERP systems or accounting software preferred Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Team-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a positive, proactive mindset If you’re looking to join a stable organization that invests in developing talent and offers long‑term career growth, we’d love to connect with you.
