Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Assist in managing comprehensive warehouse activities, including inventory control, receiving, and shipping schedules.
  
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to ensure high performance, accuracy, and strong morale.
  
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict compliance with safety standards and protocols; maintain a clean, organized, and optimized facility.
  
• Equipment Oversight: Oversee forklift operations, ensuring all team members are properly trained, certified, and operating safely.
  
• Inventory & Fulfillment: Monitor stock levels, coordinate incoming/outgoing orders, and ensure seamless, timely order fulfillment.
  
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to streamline workflows and maintain open communication.
  
• Data & Reporting: Maintain precise digital records using warehouse management software and handle daily data entry tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Language: Bilingual in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is an absolute requirement.
  
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 2 years in a dedicated leadership or supervisory role.
  
• Certifications: Forklift certification or extensive hands-on experience in forklift operation.
  
• Tech-Savvy: Strong computer skills, with proven experience utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar inventory software.
  
• Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management abilities.
  
• Adaptability: Ability to stay grounded and effective in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
