In-Office Tax Team Leader & Client Coach
H&R Block
H&R Block, Inc. is seeking an Office Experience Manager in the Austin area to lead Tax Advisors and CSPs, coach the team, and ensure a disciplined, consultative client experience on-site during the busy tax season. This role starts part-time in the fall and expands January–April with evening and weekend hours, requiring in-person work. You’ll partner with OEM and DGM to drive growth, service standards, and a positive office culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr H&R Block, Inc.
