We are seeking motivated Electrical Apprentices and HVAC Apprentices to join our growing team. Responsibilities Assist licensed electricians and HVAC technicians with installations, repairs, maintenance, and service work Help install and maintain electrical systems, HVAC units, ductwork, wiring, panels, fixtures, thermostats, and related equipment Load, unload, organize, and prepare tools, materials, and equipment for job sites Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times Learn to troubleshoot electrical and HVAC issues under the supervision of experienced technicians Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate professionally with team members, supervisors, and customers Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects when needed Requirements Valid driver’s license Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Ability to follow instructions and work safely Basic knowledge of tools and construction Electrical or HVAC apprentice license, but not required Ability to lift materials, work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions as needed Strong attention to detail and good problem‑solving skills Interest in building a career in the electrical or HVAC trade Join a growing company that values its employees and offers real opportunities to learn, grow, and advance.
