The ideal candidate for the Mechanical Inspector role will be responsible for inspecting parts, including first-article inspections, daily in-process inspections, and final inspections.Mechanical Inspector Qualifications and Responsibilities:1-3 years' experience in an inspection role in a manufacturing environmentRead technical drawings and understand geometric tolerancingExpertly use various hand tools to measure parts (micrometer, drop indicator, etc.)Understand how to set up high-precision repeatable measurementsOperate measuring microscope and optical comparatorOperate CMM and vision measurement systemPerform "First Piece" inspections and record resultsPerform Daily AQL inspections on a variety of partsPerform Final inspections and record resultsKeep accurate manual and computer records as requiredMechanical Inspector Compensation & Benefits:Salary range of $55K - $65K, based on experienceComprehensive Benefits Package
