Manage holistic program progress, budget, milestones, communications, risks, issues, and dependencies
Lead development and execution of program management documentation
Collaborate with internal and external business stakeholders / partnerships to determine value and set strategic initiatives
Conduct knowledge transfer activities
Additional Job Requirements: Technical/technology understanding (enough to understand and manage work/tasks). Excellent communication capabilities to present in front of leadership. Retail experience. Scrum and agile implementation experience. Confident/outgoing/chaser/who can go and get work done. Capable of driving the projects from scratch with RACI, execution plan, milestones, risks etc.
