Capital Markets Associate

A leading Am Law 100 law firm is seeking a Capital Markets Associate to join its Corporate Department in Miami . The ideal candidate will have strong public securities and general corporate experience. Responsibilities Advise public and private companies, investment banks, and investors on securities transactions. Handle securities offerings, SEC reporting, compliance, and corporate governance matters. Draft and negotiate transaction documents, registration statements, and offering materials. Support strategic transactions, including mergers and going-private transactions. Qualifications 2+ years of public securities and general corporate experience at a nationally recognized law firm. Excellent academic credentials with strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills. Experience with public company transactions or non-U.S. companies is a plus.
