Firearms AssemblerPay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourPosition Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Firearms Assembler to support production for a suppressor manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for assembling precision components, operating production equipment, and ensuring all products meet strict quality and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities:Assemble firearm suppressor components according to detailed specifications and work instructionsPerform hands-on production tasks including fitting, finishing, and part alignmentOperate manufacturing equipment such as laser welders, engraving machines, blasting, and coating/finishing toolsInspect parts and finished products to ensure quality, accuracy, and functionalityFollow all safety protocols, compliance standards, and company proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient work areaAccurately complete production documentation and trackingQualifications:Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or machining environment requiredExperience with firearms, suppressors, or work in a gun shop strongly preferredStrong technical proficiency with precision hand tools, CNC machinery, and working within tight tolerancesFamiliarity with blueprints, schematics, or technical instructions is a plusStrong attention to detail and quality-focused mindsetAbility to work independently and in a team environmentReliable, punctual, and able to meet production deadlinesPassion for the firearms industry and interest in firearms technologyMust be able to pass a background checkPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs as neededStrong physical stamina to support hands-on production work
