This position allows you to make a direct, positive impact on residents' daily lives through social, recreational, and therapeutic programs.What You'll Do:Organize and conduct activities including crafts, music programs, exercise groups, sensory activities, videos/movies, social activities, and daily life skill programs tailored to residents' abilitiesAssist with 1:1 interactions and group activities on assigned unitsSet up, maintain, and decorate activity areas to ensure a safe, efficient, and pleasant environmentTransport and seat residents for activities, meals, or special eventsMonitor residents during programs, including those who may wander awayAssist with meal tray service and transportation to and from mealsAt Brothers of Mercy, we strive to make every day engaging and enjoyable for our residents.
