Accounting Clerk

Introduction BCA Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for an organized and detail-focused Accounting Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, keeping records accurate, and supporting daily financial operations. You’ll work closely with our finance team and play an important role in helping the company maintain smooth and efficient accounting processes. Job Role The Accounting Clerk will assist with daily accounting activities, including recording transactions, managing financial documents, and supporting the finance team with accurate reporting and record keeping. Work Duties Record and process financial transactions, invoices, and payments. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. Maintain accurate accounting records and update financial databases. Prepare and organize financial documents, reports, and statements. Perform bank and account reconciliations. Assist with payroll and employee expense tracking. Follow up on outstanding invoices and payments. Support the finance team during monthly and yearly closing processes.
