Occupational Therapy Assistant

EnduraCare AcuteCare seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support high-quality rehabilitation services in acute and post-acute hospital settings. Working under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, you will implement treatment plans, assist with patient assessments, and deliver therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence, safety, and quality of life. The OTA will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document patient progress, educate patients and families, and contribute to evidence-based, patient-first care.
