This unique part-time position (25 hours per week) includes a private apartment with a separate entrance , providing comfortable, independent living accommodations while offering a flexible work schedule. The ideal candidate is proactive, trustworthy, discreet, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of household care. Responsibilities Perform all aspects of housekeeping, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and maintaining a consistently clean and organized home. Manage household laundry, including washing, folding, ironing, and caring for fine clothing, linens, and specialty fabrics. Ensure the residence remains beautifully maintained and guest-ready at all times. Assist with household organization and seasonal projects as needed. Occasionally supervise visiting children of extended family members. Provide driving assistance for household errands or appointments when needed. Work independently while communicating effectively with the family regarding household needs and priorities. Qualifications Previous experience as a housekeeper in a private residence is required. Excellent professional references. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Experience caring for luxury garments, delicate fabrics, and quality household linens. Previous childcare experience with excellent references. High school diploma or equivalent. Professional, dependable, trustworthy, and able to maintain complete confidentiality. Authorized to work in the United States. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Comfortable around horses and household pets. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
