Role: Senior global commercial leader for Navtemadlin, a Phase 3 oncology therapeutic, responsible for developing and executing brand strategy, supporting late-stage development, launch readiness, and long-term value creation.
Responsibilities
- lead integrated marketing planning, translate asset strategies into commercial priorities, and coordinate cross-functional global, regional, and US teams across Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and other functions.
- Drive lifecycle management, market insights, and performance metrics to maximize asset value and patient impact.
Requirements
- BA/BS in business or life sciences;
- 15+ years in pharma/biotech with deep experience in late-stage oncology development, US market launch, and global brand strategy.
- Oncology/hematology expertise preferred.
- Proven ability to lead matrix teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and execute global marketing initiatives.
