GQR is a trusted leader in Workday® staffing and a Certified Workday Partner , supporting clients across the full Workday lifecycle—from implementation and optimization to advisory and long-term strategic hiring.

As we continue to grow our dedicated Workday Practice , we are looking for an experienced agency recruiter with a proven track record of placing Workday professionals across contract and/or permanent staffing.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit Workday functional, technical, and project professionals across contract and permanent positions
• Build and maintain a strong network of Workday-certified talent across HCM, Financials, Payroll, Integrations, Security, Reporting, and other Workday specialties
• Support hiring needs related to Workday implementations, upgrades, optimizations, transformations, and post-production support
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and candidate engagement through interviews, offers, placement, and onboarding
• Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients, Workday partners, system integrators, and end customers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Workday ecosystem
• Partner with clients to understand current and future talent needs and provide effective staffing solutions
• Develop long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Act as a market expert and trusted advisor within the Workday talent community
• Consistently work toward individual and team recruitment, placement, and revenue goals

What We’re Looking For

• Agency staffing or recruitment experience is required
• Proven experience recruiting and placing Workday professionals
• Experience with contract staffing, permanent placement, or both
• Understanding of the Workday ecosystem, including functional and technical skill sets and the Workday certification landscape
• Demonstrated success managing candidate relationships and delivering against client requirements
• Strong sourcing, networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• A motivated, competitive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
