The Crown Bakeries Sanitation Manager leads the sanitation program to ensure product safety and compliance across production, storage and distribution. You will monitor daily sanitation activity, drive improvements and verify completion of cleaning tasks and SSOPs. Responsibilities include managing sanitation staff, validating procedures, coordinating audits, and controlling the department budget while partnering with Operations, QA and Maintenance to sustain high food safety standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
