LEAD HVAC Installer

Lead Hvac InstallerWe are looking for self-driven, motivated individuals to join our Install team! We have openings for a Lead HVAC Installer. Installers are responsible for providing a variety of HVAC duties including assistance with installation and assembling all aspects of HVAC systems.What the day to day looks like...Assist less experienced Installers with equipment installation and daily activities.Primarily works in residential change out market.Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements.Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the customer may have during installation.Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field.Performs all work to industry standards and maintains a professional manner and appearance at all times.Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives as related to building operations and practices safe work habits.Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record and be able to pass a background check.Experience:5+ years of HVAC experienceLicense/Certification:Driver's License (Required) and acceptable driving recordKentucky HVAC journeyman (preferred)Vanderburgh County Journeyman License (preferred)EPA Certification (preferred)What we Offer:Competitive Pay + spiffs & other incentive payFull-time positionMedical insurance, vision, dental and robust benefit packageCompany paid life InsuranceCompany paid short and long term disability insuranceRetirement Plan with company matchPaid holidaysPaid time offIf you are looking for a great company to grow your career with, apply today!Heartland Home Service is an equal opportunity employer.
