Framers and Painters Join the Medders Construction team as a Framer or Painter and be a part of a family-owned business that prioritizes customer satisfaction through quality workmanship, cost-effectiveness, and competitive pricing. As a Framer or Painter, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in a dynamic work environment where your contributions are valued and recognized. This is a temporary position for a couple of weeks to help with the renovation of an AutoZone retail store. Depending on performance employees may be asked to continue on with our next project. Daily Responsibilities: Construct and repair framework and structures made of wood or other materials Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to surfaces according to instructions Inspect work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $25/hr.
