Posiflush Production Operator-B Shift

Becton Dickinson seeks a production operator to manufacture PosiFlush syringes on the B shift in Columbus, Ohio. The role involves equipment monitoring, quality inspections, and maintaining compliance with manufacturing standards while working as part of an operations team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor production operations for quality and equipment performance throughout shifts
- Adjust machinery settings to maintain process quality and productivity standards
- Execute product and equipment changeovers and assist with troubleshooting
- Perform quality inspections, process tests, and record data accurately
- Maintain clean machinery, work areas, and compliance with GMP requirements
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Two years manufacturing experience if diploma/GED not held
- Proficient ability to maintain detailed documentation and communication
- Proficient teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to read, write, and converse in English and/or Spanish
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
