Street Medicine: Field-Based Family Medicine APP & Teaching

The University of Southern California Street Medicine program in Los Angeles, CA is hiring a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP), Clinical Instructor of Family Medicine (Practitioner) to deliver care to patients experiencing homelessness in their own environments. Working with a multidisciplinary team, the APP will provide diagnostic, therapeutic, preventive, and health maintenance services under physician supervision, with opportunities to teach PA students and residents. #J-18808-Ljbffr University of Southern California
