We are seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals to work full-time throughout the 2026–2027 academic year on a contract basis. As a classroom para, you'll foster positive learning experiences for students in either a 3rd grade or 8th grade classroom, providing essential assistance in both special education and general education settings.

Your role will be vital in helping students reach their potential, as you accompany and support them in various classroom environments, ensuring they have the tools and encouragement needed to succeed. Flexible, compassionate, and team-oriented individuals will thrive in this rewarding position.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Prior experience as a Paraprofessional or in an educational support capacity
• Ability to assist in both special education and mainstream classroom settings
• Comfortable supporting students with varying learning styles and needs

• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment
• Dependable, adaptable, and willing to undertake diverse daily responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional and behavioral support to students in a classroom setting
• Work closely with teachers to implement individualized education plans and accommodations
• Assist students during transitions between special education and general classrooms
• Supervise and assist during lunch periods and bus arrivals/departures
• Encourage student participation, engagement, and independence
• Maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all students
