Full Job Description attached as well Position Description: Senior Developer DTMB Agency Services (DNR) DTMB Agency Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to provide excellent customer service and technical expertise in support of both project-based and work-request needs for the Department of Natural Resources (DNR). This role will primarily support ongoing development and enhancements for a public-facing application that communicates current burn-permit availability across Michigan counties. The Senior Developer will serve as a key liaison between DTMB and project stakeholders, collaborating closely with agency partners to translate strategic goals, business processes, and functional needs into robust technical solutions. This position requires strong facilitation, requirements analysis, and solution-design capabilities to ensure technology updates are efficient, sustainable, and aligned with agency objectives. As part of the broader DNR support team, the Senior Developer will work alongside business analysts and other technical staff, contributing to work requests, system enhancements, and operational activities within the DTMB Agency Services environment. Exceptional customer service, clear communication, and the ability to guide agency partners through DTMB processes and technical constraints are critical to success in this role.
