Analyze documentation, data, and operational workflows to identify errors, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. Track effectiveness of solutions and ensure long-term compliance. Document audit findings and share them in a clear, actionable format. Participate in both internal and external audits and support their resolution. Stay current on recruiting compliance, quality assurance trends, and best practices. Coaching & Quality Enablement Provide feedback and guidance to recruiting teams on improving job postings and maintaining consistency. Support a culture of continuous improvement through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing. Customize mentoring approaches to team members’ individual styles and development goals. Create and maintain audit documentation, templates, and reporting tools. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a quality auditing role, preferably in an RPO, MSP, KPO, BPO, or recruiting environment. Demonstrated ability to audit job postings and recruiting workflows. Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to deliver constructive feedback. Analytical thinking, with a strong foundation in root cause analysis and corrective action planning. Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and translating client needs into audit practices. Understanding of regulatory compliance and recruitment industry standards.
