Integrity Trade Services is currently hiring for our client in Sturtevant, WI
Pay: $21.50-$22.50Shift: 7a-7p, 2-2-3 rotating shift

Responsibilities
- Operate site-specific equipment (injection molding, blow molding, extrusion) to produce quality plastic products
- Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, or hydraulic issues
- Set up, repair, and perform mold and neck finish changes
- Conduct quality checks and document production logs accurately
- Perform minor repairs on production equipment and assist with start-ups/shutdowns
Qualifications
- Experience with blow molding, injection, or extrusion processes (HDPE, PET) preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts and use hand tools
- Knowledge of GMP and food safety guidelines
- Capable of working in heat above 90F and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Skills
- Injection molding, blow molding, extrusion processes
- Troubleshooting (mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic)
- Equipment setup and repair, mold and neck changeovers
- Quality control, process efficiency, preventative maintenance
- Computer skills: MS Office, Excel, SAP
