Infrastructure Engineer

Job Title: Computer Support Associate I Location: Moline, IL Duration: 1+ Year Up to 25% travel time as this position supports the Deere Training and Demo sites as well. Responsibilities: Provide onsite technical support for desktop hardware, software, printers, and conference room equipment Perform routine tasks such as imaging computers, replacing printer toner, and resolving ServiceNow tickets Support asset lifecycle management including deployments, updates, and disposal of outdated equipment Maintain documentation including contact lists, process logs, inventory records, and service reports Troubleshoot issues using established procedures and escalate when necessary Monitor and maintain equipment, supplies, and data records to support operations Requirements: Minimum 1 year of IT support experience Valid U.S. driver's license (must be able to travel and rent vehicles) Experience in deskside/desktop support Familiarity with AV systems and conference room technology Strong written and verbal communication skills Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to qualified candidates who meet eligibility requirements.
