Job Details Job Name: Medical Assistant Location: Seattle, WA 98104 Duration: 3+ months Contract (possibilities of extension) Payrate: $25‑29/hr on W2; rate is based on experience Schedule: Open to part‑time or full‑time candidates 0.6 FTE: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM 0.8 FTE: Wednesday off, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM 1.0 FTE: 4/10 schedule: Wednesday off, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM 5/8 schedule: Standard 8‑hour shifts (schedule available) Job Responsibilities Room pediatric patients, obtain and document vital signs, and prepare patients and exam rooms for provider visits Manage EHR in‑basket activities, including patient messages, test results, and task routing per clinical protocols Administer pediatric immunizations according to provider orders, safety standards, and vaccine schedules Perform CLIA‑waived testing (e.g., rapid strep, flu, urinalysis) and accurately document results Complete and manage clinical paperwork, including school forms, physicals, referrals, and medical records requests Perform basic instrument processing, including cleaning, disinfection, and setup per infection control guidelines Qualifications High school / GED or equivalent Current, Washington State Medical Assistant Certification Pediatrics or Family Medicine is ideal Benefits Pride Global offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance, and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home, pet insurance, and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
