Pay Rate: $32,000-$80,000 per year (tiered flat-rate compensation structure with a 60-day guaranteed onboarding period and production-based bonus)

Mark's Automotive is seeking an Automotive Technician for its West Monroe and Monroe, Louisiana locations. This full-time position pays $32,000-$80,000 per year and follows a Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on cars and light-duty trucks.
• Diagnose automotive issues and determine reliable repair solutions.
• Perform vehicle inspections to identify service and repair needs.
• Use automotive tools, equipment, and systems to complete assigned work.
• Apply problem-solving skills to automotive diagnostics and repairs.
• Collaborate with other team members to support efficient shop workflow.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of shop experience; automotive experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive technical certifications are a plus.
• Comfortable using automotive tools, equipment, and systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn new automotive tools and technologies.
