Remote Hospice Triage RN

IntellaTriage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse (RN) to provide after-hours hospice triage by phone, delivering timely interventions and care coordination. This remote role requires an active multistate RN license, comfort with EMR systems, and the ability to work independently with strong communication.
