Job Type Regular Work Location Walmart 2588 - North Versailles, PA 15137 Overview Full-Time Retail Sales - Immediate Hire - First Sale Bonus - Paid Training About the Role We are looking for Retail Sales Associates to promote NRG electricity and gas services. You will engage customers in a local retailer to help them lower energy costs and achieve our sales goals. Responsibilities Work within your local retailer Engage customers about NRG electricity and gas Help customers lower their energy costs Learn and uncover consumer desires and overcome objections Foster professional relationships with customers and employees Welcome customers and politely offer solutions Collaborate with teams to accomplish goals and celebrate success No door-to-door, cold calling, or telemarketing Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments Maintain professional interactions with customers and employees Meet or exceed personal sales goals monthly Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance Direct customers to displays; assess needs and suggest products Advise customers by providing information on products and services Help customers make selections by building confidence Accurately document and report sales Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Track and communicate activity to Retail Operations Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, organized, functional, and presentable Submit all paperwork accurately Performance Measurements Regular and prompt attendance Meet established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and substantiated complaints Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Six months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience Demonstrated knowledge of products and services Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction Ability to multi-task in a fast‑paced, team environment Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed Ability to maintain customer confidentiality Compensation & Benefits Average sales reps expected to earn between $800 – $1,000 weekly First sale bonus Career growth and advancement opportunities Enhanced work life balance with early release incentives Paid training course Base pay plus uncapped commission Next‑day pay on-demand with DailyPay Base pay raise opportunity every six months Premier retail locations Health benefits, paid time off, and 401(k) with company match EEO Statement We are an equal‑opportunity workplace.
