Commercial Electrician

Electricians Needed!

We are looking to hire multiple commercial electricians for projects around the Columbia, South Carolina area.

• A qualified candidate needs to have 3-5 years of verifiable commercial experience installing ¾-1” EMT, terminating PLCs, pulling wire, bending pipes and hanging lights.
• Starting pay will be based off previous experience. For helpers, it will be negotiable based off experience and tool kit.
• The job is full-time, 40-50 hours a week. You must have all your own tools, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes
• Perform low voltage electrical work
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete electrical tasks
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential problems or hazards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a commercial or industrial electrician
• Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting electrical schematics
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Ability to use a variety of hand tools and power tools effectively
