Production Associate

Job Description General Laborer Shift: Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM-1:30 PM Pay rate: $19.00 Overtime: Saturdays and additional hours as needed Interview: No interview required. Offers will be based on resume review. Position Summary The General Laborer supports warehouse and production operations by performing a variety of material handling, assembly, and housekeeping tasks. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the flexibility to work in multiple areas as needed. Key Responsibilities Load, unload, lift, move, and organize materials. Use basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Read and use a tape measure accurately. Follow written and verbal instructions. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Support production and warehouse operations as assigned. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Qualifications Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred. Basic math skills required. Ability to learn new tasks and work in multiple departments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Reliable attendance and punctuality required. Physical Requirements Ability to push, pull, lift, and twist up to 80 lbs. Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, pushing, and pulling. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn a variety of tasks to support daily operations.
