Call Center Quality & Coaching Analyst

Delta Dental of Minnesota is seeking a Quality Analyst to monitor call center QA, coach agents, and drive performance improvements. The role collaborates with operations leadership and trainers to ensure QA standards are clear and consistently applied.
Responsibilities include trend analysis, development of coaching plans, and contributing to HIPAA-compliant privacy practices. This position is with Stratacor, an affiliate of Delta Dental of Minnesota.
