Settlement Specialist (Las Vegas)

Job Summary The Settlement Specialist is a part of Caesars Sports Trading organization. You will create, price, publish, suspend, and resolve sports data and payment disputes that arise during live sports games in a fast, friendly, and transparent manner. You will manage a portfolio of games, ensuring rapid and accurate resulting, while solving issues from feed disruptions and data inaccuracies. How You Will Create the Extraordinary Run your own docket of live games and markets to ensure rapid and accurate resulting of all games that require manual resulting. Monitor automatic feeds and solve issues that arise with feeds that go down or data inaccuracies that come through. Respond rapidly to internal stakeholders such as Customer Services and Trading with clear, transparent, and helpful information. Become a resident expert in applicable legislation and Gambling Commission requirements and ensure steadfast compliance. Use resourcefulness and quick thinking to solve critical errors and respond to evolving game situations to enable customers to reinvest funds as soon as possible. Identify opportunities for improvement in standard operating processes and cadences to drive efficiencies in output and improve customer satisfaction. Escalate risks, issues, and complaints early and partner with Settlement and Trading leadership to provide rapid solutions. What You Will Need Must be 21 years of age or older. Self‑starter with strong prioritization and organizational skills to manage a portfolio of games across short and varied timelines. People‑first attitude and enjoys helping customers and colleagues solve problems and achieve success. Fast responder who recognizes the high level of urgency required for resulting tasks and issue resolution. Detail‑oriented learner who can understand and clearly explain industry regulations and how they apply to each case. Agile problem solver who remains flexible under pressure. Relentlessly dedicated to improving day‑to‑day work and operations by pursuing best practice and efficient processes. Early, excellent escalator with a keen awareness of potential risks and mitigation options. Passion for sports and working knowledge of the betting industry. Available to work between 7 am – 11 pm Monday to Sunday, including bank holidays. Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license(s).
