RN Supervisor - Orthopedics, Full-Time, Days

Join our team as a Weekend Supervisor in Orthopedics! Role Overview: Responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of operations and patient care in the designated department. Acts as a clinical resource for staff and patients, serving as a staff nurse when needed, and assuming managerial duties delegated by a supervisor. Ensures duties align with organizational mission, values, and standards. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited Nursing program Current RN license or Temporary Permit in the state of practice Two to three years of patient care experience Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing Strong supervisory or management background Desired certifications: CRRN Rehabilitation experience is a plus Key Responsibilities: Support department operations, serve as a clinical resource, perform staff nurse duties, and assume delegated managerial tasks.
