About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Security Engineering and Infrastructure to lead the technology operations for its multi-property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of field services, security systems, and smart building initiatives, ensuring that all are maintained and operated to the highest standards. This role involves serving as the primary liaison between technology teams, property management, partners, and tenants, and requires a focus on operational execution, financial oversight, technology innovation, and team development. Key responsibilities include leading the day-to-day operations of the technology and field services team, implementing and enforcing standard operating procedures, and leading project execution to specification and budget. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in security technology, smart building systems, or technology operations within a related environment, with a proven track record of leadership in managing field service teams and cross-functional stakeholders. The role demands a strong background in project management, P&L management, and hands-on experience with system integrations and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will also have a deep understanding of IT security compliance standards and the ability to develop technical standards and training programs across multi-site operations. The position requires a proactive approach to communication, a commitment to service excellence, and the ability to maintain strong relationships with both internal and external partners.
