What You’ll Own: Scheduling – Create, manage, and drive construction schedules from start to completion Quality Control – Walk homes daily, review plans, identify issues, and ensure our standards are met Jobsite & Community Management – Maintain clean, organized, professional jobsites and communities Trade Management – Hold trade partners accountable to scopes of work, schedules, and quality expectations Budget & Materials – Manage construction budgets, review POs, and proactively address material needs Customer Experience – Maintain professional, courteous relationships with homeowners throughout the building process Team Leadership – Participate in project management meetings and work closely with our construction and operations teams What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of management experience 2+ years of new construction project management experience Production homebuilding experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to manage schedules, trades, budgets, and multiple homes simultaneously Based in or willing to relocate to Chattanooga, TN #Hiring #ConstructionJobs #ProjectManager #ConstructionManagement #Superintendent #HomeBuilding #ResidentialConstruction #Chattanooga #ChattanoogaTN #GreenTechHomes #J-18808-Ljbffr
