Industrial Maintenance TechnicianJob Title: Industrial Maintenance TechnicianEmployment Type: Full-TimeLocation: Statesville, NCPay: $25.00+ per hour (Based on Experience)Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts (3rd Shift, 223 Schedule)Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Statesville, NC. Candidates must have previous experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing converting and corrugating equipment to reduce downtime and keep production running safely and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and repair converting and corrugating equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtimePerform machine adjustments, settings, and roll alignment as neededTroubleshoot programmable controllers and repair A/C and D/C drivesUse maintenance software to track and complete work ordersPlan and schedule maintenance tasksFollow up on completed repairs to ensure quality workMaintain a clean and safe work areaFollow all safety procedures and company policiesPerform additional duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:Previous industrial manufacturing experience requiredResume must show stable work history and job tenureAbility to read and follow instructionsAbility to read a tape measure accuratelyAbility to perform basic calculations involving measurements, percentages, volume, and ratesKnowledge of industrial equipment operation, design, and capabilitiesAbility to understand production layouts and specificationsPreferred Qualifications:Previous corrugated manufacturing experience preferredExperience troubleshooting PLCs and industrial equipmentExperience with maintenance software systemsPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, and communicate throughout the shiftRegularly lift and move up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift up to 100 poundsAbility to work around industrial machinery and production equipmentRequires close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception visionWork Environment:Manufacturing environment with exposure to moving mechanical equipmentMay be exposed to wet or humid conditionsOccasional exposure to elevated areas, fumes, airborne particles, and vibrationCore Competencies: Industrial Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance, Equipment Repair, Mechanical Troubleshooting, Electrical Troubleshooting, PLCs, Manufacturing Equipment, Corrugated Equipment, Safety, Problem Solving
