Commercial Painter - Join Team OmniOmni Glass & Paint is hiring full-time Commercial Painters to join our growing team. We've been a trusted name in the industry since 1967, completing high-quality work on thousands of projects across Wisconsin - from hospitals and schools to offices, homes, and beyond. Monday through Friday, first shift, with flexible start times as early as 6 am. Pay ranges from $20 to $35 per hour, depending on experience. What You'll Do Apply paint, stain or lacquer to interior and exterior surfaces to enhance and protect buildings and fixtures. Prep surfaces by sanding or removing old finishes, patching holes or cracks, mixing and matching paint. Apply coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment, and set up ladders or scaffolding for work at heights. Apply specialty finishes and wall coverings and work with wallpaper and vinyl wall coverings if experienced. Follow safety protocols and wear proper personal protective equipment. Travel to job sites throughout Wisconsin; occasional overnight stays may be required. What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Comfortable reading instructions and basic blueprints, performing simple math and solving on-the-job challenges. Experience in commercial or residential painting (1-3 years) preferred but not required. Ability to work at heights and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or nights when needed.
