Senior Building Technician & Mentor - HVAC/Water Systems
TDIndustries
TDIndustries, Inc. in Texas seeks a Building Technician III to lead and mentor other technicians while overseeing HVAC, water purification, and process equipment maintenance. You will troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems, interpret blueprints, and ensure safety and SOP compliance.
You will manage inventories, support equipment purchases, and collaborate with engineers on process improvements to drive reliability and efficiency across critical facility operations.
