Outpatient Physical TherapistThe Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients and developing, implementing, and modifying individualized treatment plans in accordance with patients' needs, goals, and physician directives. The role encompasses delegating and directing all discipline-specific therapy services, while ensuring functional treatment programs are designed to enable patients to effectively return to community activities. The therapist serves as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers, performing other professional duties associated with patient care and therapy service development.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to create appropriate treatment plans and goals.Document care in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.Participate in student programs, providing a supportive learning environment.Engage in self-directed professional development and continuing education to enhance skills.Adhere to the discipline-specific State Practice Act and maintain professional licensure in good standing.Follow organizational performance improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.ScheduleThis position involves 9-hour shifts occurring 4 days a week, with an additional 4-hour shift on Fridays.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience, specifically in Orthopedics.Current CPR certification and active state licensure for practicing as a Physical Therapist.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
