Phoenix doesn't take a summer off, and neither do our customers' rooftop units. Honest Air Care & Home Services keeps offices, restaurants, schools, and retail spaces across the Valley cool and running, and we're looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment, including RTUs, split systems, chillers, boilers, VRF systems, and cooling towers
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and control issues, including BMS and DDC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on service agreement accounts
- Provide clear repair recommendations and quotes to customers
- Document work orders accurately in our field service software
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
- Represent our company professionally on every job site
What You Bring
- [2–5]+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
- EPA 608 Universal certification
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (reading schematics and wiring diagrams)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Your own hand tools
- Ability to work on rooftops, in attics, and in Arizona heat
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and climb ladders
