Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP) position in Murray, Kentucky. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, and implementing therapy services aimed at maximizing functional recovery. The outpatient clinic setting requires the candidate to serve as an educator for patients, families, and students, while adhering to organizational safety and professional standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, active/licensed in the state of Kentucky, and completion of a minimum of 1 year of experience in the specified role
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization is highly desired; previous assignment with the organization is nice to have.
• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and ensures documentation complies with all state, federal, and organizational guidelines. Participates in student programs, maintains professional licensure, and contributes to performance improvement initiatives. Demonstrates a commitment to patient and staff safety, with adherence to all clinic safety policies and procedures.
