Job Title Acheteur Équipement & Systèmes - Gestion du Système d’Air - Equipment & Systems buyer - Air Management System About the Role Le programme A220 Commercial Aircraft recherche un(e) acheteur(teuse) équipement & systèmes - gestion du système d’air pour rejoindre notre équipe achat basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada). Vous travaillerez conjointement avec l’équipe achat Airbus basée à Hambourg (Allemagne). Your role will involve managing the procurement portfolio, coordinating multi‑functional teams, administering contracts, and developing strategies to support cost‑reduction objectives for Air Management Systems (AMS) within the A220 programme. Responsibilities Manage the procurement portfolio and processes for AMS within the A220 programme. Drive the definition and implementation of product and sourcing strategies. Coordinate and align multi‑functional stakeholders—including engineering, program, finance, supply chain, and other internal customers. Manage contracts: monitor implementation, ensure contractual conditions, negotiate change requests and modifications (MOD/PCR), and uphold supplier performance across logistics, support, quality, and cost dimensions. Develop and execute strategies to support your scope’s cost‑reduction objectives. Report functionally to the Commodity Leader (SCL) in Hamburg and hierarchically to the Head of A220 Procurement Equipment and Systems in Mirabel. Qualifications Procurement experience is essential; experience in business, technical, or commercial procurement is welcome. Experience working in a multi‑functional environment. Experience in stakeholder management and influencing internal customers. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Commercial, contract, and financial knowledge required. Proficiency in English for negotiation; additional languages are an asset. Willingness to travel occasionally to the United States and Europe.
