The role involves performing injectable treatments such as neuromodulators and dermal fillers, as well as other non-surgical aesthetic procedures, in accordance with established clinical protocols and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, developing individualized treatment plans, educating clients on procedures and aftercare, and documenting all services in an accurate and timely manner. The Aesthetic Nurse Injector collaborates with the medical and spa teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience, supports treatment outcomes through follow-up care, and participates in ongoing training and development to stay current with evolving techniques and products. The position also includes maintaining a clean and compliant treatment environment, adhering to regulatory and clinic policy requirements, and actively contributing to a culture of professionalism, respect, and client-centered care. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong clinical injection skills, including experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers, and a solid understanding of facial anatomy and injection safety. Candidates should possess excellent patient care and communication skills, including the ability to perform thorough consultations, educate clients, and build long-term relationships. Candidates should possess sound clinical judgment and assessment abilities, with attention to detail in documentation, charting, and adherence to protocols. Candidates should possess skills in teamwork and collaboration, including the ability to work effectively with medical directors, providers, and spa staff in a fast-paced environment.
